KVK-M and KVK-R dampers for round air ducts:

Air valves KVK-...M are designed to regulate the air flow or block air channels. The body and damper blade are made of galvanized steel sheet. The damper blade is equipped with a silicone seal.
KVK-...R air dampers are designed to regulate the air flow, like a throttle valve. The body and damper blade are made of galvanized steel sheet. The damper damper is made truncated from the sides, this design allows to obtain a linearized dependence of the air flow through the damper depending on the angle of damper rotation.
The housing is equipped with rubber seals on both sides for connecting air ducts or other components of the ventilation system.
KVK air dampers are controlled by manual or electric drive. To adjust the damper position manually, the valve is equipped with a handle with the possibility of fixing its position. The damper shaft is mounted on polyamide bushings.

This type of KVK damper is used to block air channels, as well as to regulate air flow. The damper and valve body are made of galvanized steel sheet. The KVK-…M damper damper has a rubber seal, which ensures tight closing of the channel; damper KVK-…R is not intended for shutting off the damper. It is truncated on the sides, resulting in a linearized dependence of air flow through the valve in accordance with the angle of rotation of the damper. The valve body has rubber seals necessary for integration with air ducts or other components of the ventilation system.

The air valves can be controlled manually using a handle that allows you to fix the damper in the required position, as well as using an actuator.

Valves do not lose their efficiency and continue to function in any spatial orientation.
