2.7. In accordance with the procedure determined by the program, it is possible to accrue qualifying miles for all flights performed within six months prior to the start of participation in the promotion. This condition applies to all Aeroflot flights whose fares are included in the promotion. 2.10. Rules for crediting miles if a partner flight was used: only miles are taken into account for flights that were made after joining the loyalty program. 3. Miles refund for completed flights

3.1. Refund of miles for completed flights is provided no later than three months after the end of the flight. Enrollment will be carried out automatically no later than 5 calendar days from the moment the form is filled out.

3.3. The client can use the "Feedback" form, which is available on the Aeroflot portal, or fill out an application for the return of flights that were not taken into account, and submit it at the company's office along with the documents for the flight. In this situation, bonuses will be credited to the client's account no later than 30 days. This option can also be used for flights of partner airlines.
