We arrived late in the evening, settled in literally 3 minutes and instead of the booked standard room we were given a family one, for which we are very grateful to the reception staff. A pleasant bellboy brought the suitcases to the room, explained everything in detail where it was, right down to how to turn the air conditioner on and off and use the safe) The room was good, new, it was nice to stay. The air conditioner worked properly. Cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed. A couple of times they took away dirty towels and forgot to leave clean ones, but this was quickly resolved and we were given even more towels than we needed. The quality of cleaning is average: the dust was not wiped, the plumbing did not shine, but the floor was clean, nothing stuck to the feet.

Nutrition. Not deluxe, but we were quite satisfied. We are not meat-eaters, so I can not evaluate the quality and variety of meat dishes. We liked the pastries and cakes. I was surprised that the restaurant did not have figures carved from watermelons, melons, etc., for the first time I encounter this ... The waiters worked smartly, dirty dishes and napkins were removed from the tables quickly. There were dishes with cracks, but for me this is a trifle, I just did not take such dishes. In the afternoon it was ice cream, waffles, baby potatoes. It’s quite difficult to stay hungry there, but you won’t wake up to eat different dishes there)

Animation. Here I want to express my sincere gratitude to the guys-animators! The guys tried. In the morning, Anya had a wonderful morning gymnastics, I am very sorry that I did not attend her from the first day. Later, she taught aqua aerobics and step. During the day there were competitions in the pool. Those who complained about the loud music during the day by the pool are wrong: the pool is large and we were lying at the opposite edge of the pool from the animation, and no one and nothing interfered with me and my 5-year-old daughter. Competitions we walked or swam to look at another part of the pool. It was always fun and interesting. My daughter went to the miniclub only once, she also liked it there, but she was still more interested in swimming in the pool. In the evening we only visited the minidisco, which is also not bad, the standard minidisco of Turkish hotels. The only "but": The behavior of one of the animators is not very clear, I don't want to distort the names, but in my opinion his name is Sahan, personal dislike for me because I didn't buy a ticket to play bingo???

Staff. I would not say that the Russians are somehow badly treated. Very polite and pleasant young people at the reception, the guest relay Alsu left a very good impression, they didn’t pester us at the spa, but they always greeted us and politely handed out towels, the waiters were polite, the cleaners of the rooms always with a smile and “Hello”. But there was an impression that the bartenders believe that it’s all around the attendants, and not them ... Although in this “ill-fated” bar I took a non-alcoholic cocktail for a child a couple of times and once water, and not drank myself, they could have been simpler faces do. Here I will also include the aforementioned animator Sakhan. In general, in my opinion, there were not so many Russians there: Russian was often spoken, but in reality it turned out. that they are Ukrainians or representatives of other countries ... As soon as they began to present participants in daytime animation competitions, then out of 10 Ivanov, Lesh, Kat, Yul and Seryozh, only 3 were Russians. And you can't say that...))))))))))

In general, I liked the location of the hotel: there are many small shops opposite it, a pharmacy with a Russian-speaking pharmacist, and a currency exchange office. Once a week, on Wednesdays, a market comes, where there is everything from garlic to exotic fruits.

It was my plan to return to this hotel next year and also recommend it as it left the best impression. In my opinion, the best value for money. Impressions were very good. But after the conflict with Russian tourists, there is some sediment and confusion. I do not rule out that drunk people could provoke a conflict, but in case of a conflict there are police and security. And it's not even the Russians. Let's not forget about subordination: you didn't pay me, but I paid you, and you are the attendants, not me. It is your job to do with dignity and well, as many of your hotel staff did. And I, having paid for accommodation (from which, among other things, your salary is paid), I count on a respectful attitude and quality service.
And yet, if my husband found out or even worse saw the manners of your animator Sakhan in my direction, then my husband would not have to drink any alcohol to break this animator's head.

Sverdlovsk tourists badly beaten while on holiday in Turkey by the staff of the 5-star Azura Deluxe Resort & Spa Hotel, intend to demand compensation from the tour operator ANEX Tour. “I don’t need compensation for being offended. I want to return the money spent on the trip, and I need to know that the people who beat us are punished. If they were fired, I want an official answer. The hotel should provide its guests with security, and we were beaten by the staff, ”the young man is indignant. The beating of young people took place at the Azura Deluxe Resort on the night of September 24th. There Nikita rested with his girlfriend Elena, as well as with two married couples of friends.

Nikita says that in general there were no complaints about the hotel, except for the attitude of some employees. “For example, you approach the bar, the bartender, seeing that you are from Russia, will be rude, pour something else instead of what you ordered, if you start to resent, he will throw a glass in your direction. Tourists from Russia could wait an hour for a glass of beer at the bar. Once before our very eyes, the bartender was rudely serving Russian girls. I told them directly that Russians are a dumb nation and all Russian girls are easily accessible, and men are always drunken cattle. This is the position of the staff,” says Nikita.

On one of the last evenings of their vacation, young people at the reception saw off a couple of friends from Dusseldorf and, taking the opportunity, decided to write a complaint about the actions of the bartender. One of the hotel employees, who had previously smoked a hookah in the lobby, upon hearing Nikita's request, began to scream and grab the Uralian by the throat.

Other hotel staff ran to help him. As a result, a crowd of hotel workers attacked Nikita and his friend Nikolai, they began to beat young people. Nikita's girlfriend also tried to separate the fighters, as a result she was hit in the face, and also left numerous bruises and abrasions on her body. Another friend of Nikita - Evgeny - also separated the fighters, but did not receive serious injuries, escaping with bruises.

Later, unable to cope with the strong Ural guys, the hotel staff armed themselves with wooden sticks and bottles. They tried to beat Sverdlovsk residents with them and push them out of the building onto the street to the pool.

“On the street, my sobbing girlfriend, covered in blood, ran out to me, I hugged her, began to calm her down, and at that moment I was hit from behind with a wooden bat or stick and several people began to simply beat me,” says Nikita. “My friend Nikolai fell to the floor and could not get up, as they began to really kick him.” On the street, having stunned Nikita, the hotel workers threw him into the pool.

The beating took place in front of the other guests of the hotel, who at that moment were still awake. A vacationer from Ukraine tried to separate the fighting. “He did not get into a fight, but he tried to drag people who attacked us with sticks and bottles. But in the end, he also got it: he was beaten by the pool, ”says Nikita. As a result, Nikita received numerous bruises and bruises, his head was broken, doctors in Turkey put four brackets on the wound.

After the incident, the victims turned to the reception, asked to call the police and a doctor, but the managers ignored them. As a result, Elena was able to call for help only from the reception of a neighboring hotel.

After the fight, the young people's room key cards were blocked and paid Wi-Fi was turned off. Arriving police officers took the victims and took them to the hospital, and later to the police station. As a result, the young people spent 10 hours in the police: part of the time they were interviewed, part of the time they just sat, because they could not return to the hotel. According to Nikita, at the time of the fight they were not drunk. In the hospital, all residents of the Urals were examined for the presence of alcohol in their blood.

The young man notes that on vacation they did not drink large amounts of alcohol. “We were with girls, so we didn’t drink much. Could afford a couple of glasses of wine at dinner. Yes, to be honest, everything was civilized, there was not a single heavily drunk person in the entire hotel during the rest, ”the young man notes. He wonders that even if we assume that the tourists were drunk and inadequate, why did the staff beat them, and did not immediately call the police?

There is a children's pool and children's slides for kids. There are also 2 low slides for adults and children. But there is no greenery in the hotel at all. There are a lot of people in the hotel, but still there are no queues anywhere. But still, the hotel is noisy and you will not find a secluded corner here. Animation is active but not intrusive. No one will force you to participate in events. But all day music. Every day discos, sometimes parties, and good evening shows. During the day there are also various activities. Sometimes even water shows. Children are never bored here. There is a children's room and children's animators who entertain and look afterchildren. There is a good spa where they do high-quality but inexpensive massage. The beach is short but quite wide, 5 rows of sunbeds but the sunbeds are close to each other. The sun beds are close to the water, which is good if you have a rest with a child. And there is a very large pier with a bar and sunbeds with umbrellas. In general, there are enough sunbeds. It’s just that if you didn’t come in the morning, then you’ll rest in a row in the fifth or fourth, in general, don’t best places but still find free ones. They try to check in immediately upon arrival, which speaks of thoughtful management at the hotel. In general, the main thing for us was to meet the budget and get a hotel of a decent level. After some time, the Russians had a conflict with the bartender, after which, according to the interlocutor, he began to behave aggressively, "jumping out from behind the counter." An attempt to complain to the administration provoked an attack by the hotel staff: a representative of the hotel management grabbed one of the tourists by the neck. As a result, the Russians were forced out into the street.

“Our girl got her nose broken. The guy hugged her, began to calm her down. At this time, he was hit from behind with a wooden bat, and his head was crushed. I started getting attention. In the end, they (the hotel staff) saw the blood, saw that the shooting was in progress, and began to disperse. One of them, leaving, looked into my eyes and, smiling, said: “Welcome to Turkey,” Alena said.

According to her, three of the six victims, a girl and two men, "received more severe injuries." The rest have bruises received from the hotel staff when they tried to take away the phones from the Russians.

Three of the group of tourists were absolutely sober, and "the rest were drinking, as they were seeing off a friend." According to the girl, the Turks "specially sent the sober to the police, and those who had drunk to the hospital - they took blood only from those who had drunk."

As the Russian woman clarified, after the incident, the hotel administration allowed only women to return to the rooms for half an hour to pick up their things. The tourists turned to the nearest Russian consulate in Turkey, where, according to her, they limited themselves to the answer that their "application was accepted."

A representative of the Russian Consulate General in Antalya told RIA Novosti, in turn, that no appeals had been received from the participants in the conflict at that time.

Alena added that now the affected families are thinking about how to defend their interests from a legal point of view.

Then one of the workers, noticing that a video was being filmed, took away the phone from one of the girls. According to themselves victims, they were pushed out of the hotel building, they began to pursue and beat them with bats until they lost consciousness," he explained.

The young man also specified that one of the young men had a cut on the back of the head from a blow with a bat. He was taken away in an ambulance.

"Nationalist sentiments and hostility towards the Russians became known only upon arrival. Before the incident, during their stay at this hotel, young people received repeated threats and provocations of extremist content. No measures were taken by the police," the Yekaterinburg resident noted.
