  • A passenger traveling with an animal (bird), when transported by air, must have and present, when registering a passenger ticket, valid documents (certificates) on the health of the animal (bird), issued by the competent authorities in the field of veterinary medicine, as well as other documents required by the countries of flight or transit in international air transportation
  • When transporting an animal (bird) in the luggage compartment, it must be placed in a packaging container (cage or basket) of sufficient size with air access and a strong lock. The bottom of the container (cage or basket) must be waterproof and covered with absorbent material, along the perimeter of the bottom there must be a board to prevent spillage of the absorbent material. Bird cages should be covered with a dense light-tight cloth. The sum of the three dimensions of the container/cage must not exceed 203 cm.
  • Animals and birds are not subject to the free baggage allowance. Transportation of animals, except for guide dogs and service dogs, and birds is paid at the rate for excess baggage, based on the actual weight of the animal (bird) together with the container (cage).
  • Transportation of a service dog in the cabin of an aircraft with the consent of the Carrier may be carried out upon presentation to the Carrier of a document confirming that the passenger accompanying the service dog is an employee of the canine service of the federal executive body, and a document confirming the special training of the service dog. A service dog transported in the aircraft cabin must have a collar and a muzzle and be tied to the seat at the feet of the passenger it accompanies.
  • In cases of agreement with the Carrier for the transportation of animals in the aircraft cabin, such transportation is possible subject to the following conditions: in a closed cage (container), the cage (container) should fit under the passenger seat in size, the bottom should be covered with absorbent material, the total weight of the animal with the cage should not must exceed 8 kg. During the entire flight, the animal must be kept in a cage.
  • Experimental animals are not allowed for transportation.
  • Guide dogs accompanying visually impaired (hearing) passengers are transported in the aircraft cabin free of charge in excess of the free baggage allowance, subject to appropriate training, which is certified by a certificate, provided that such a dog has a collar and a muzzle and is tied to the seat at the owner's feet.

  • Acceptance for carriage of animals and birds is subject to the condition that the passenger assumes full responsibility for them. The Carrier shall not be liable for bodily injury, loss, delay in delivery, disease or death of such animals and birds, as well as in case of refusal to transport them or transport them to/through the border during international air transportation.
  • The Passenger is obliged to comply with all the requirements of the Carrier, and is obliged to reimburse the Carrier for all losses and additional expenses in the event that an animal (bird) causes harm to the aircraft, the baggage of other passengers, the health and/or life of other passengers.

If a passenger presented for transportation more baggage than was previously agreed with the Carrier and paid for, then such an amount of baggage can be accepted for transportation only if there is free capacity on the aircraft and it is paid by the passenger.

The Carrier has the right to restrict the carriage or refuse to carry the passenger's baggage, the weight of which exceeds the free baggage allowance established by the Carrier, if such carriage has not been previously agreed with the Carrier.

If the passenger increases the weight and / or number of pieces of baggage carried along the way, he is obliged to pay the cost of transporting baggage, the mass or dimensions of which exceed the established free baggage allowance of the previously paid transportation. In the event that the passenger reduces the weight of the baggage carried along the way, no recalculations of the previously made payment for the baggage by the Carrier shall be made.

When booking a seat on an aircraft or purchasing a passenger ticket, the Passenger is obliged to inform the Carrier (authorized agent) about the transportation of oversized baggage.

Oversized baggage- this is baggage, the dimensions of one piece of which in the sum of three dimensions exceeds 203 cm.

Oversized baggage is accepted for carriage provided that the dimensions of the loading hatches and the baggage and cargo compartments of the aircraft allow it to be loaded (unloaded) onto (from) the aircraft and placed on board the aircraft.
