Skyrim mod for the underground city. Description

The mod adds a dungeon system running under all of Skyrim and Solstheim. All dungeons are connected to each other. On the this moment there are 40 large dungeon parts and 26 small ones. If you can't find a passage, try looking on the map, or take a closer look at the surroundings, some stones/vines/planks/sewer grates/dwemer columns/icicles/etc. break down. All enemies are level 10-20 (zombies 20-30). Clearing a dungeon at level 10 or below will be a big challenge, but depending on where you enter, some parts of the dungeon are easier to clear. Also take with you torch or use a spell to illuminate, some parts of the dungeons are very dark.

Installation :

Install with any mod installer, or drop the files into the Data folder and connect esp.

In update 1.4, another modification of the author (High Hrotghar) was added to the mod, if you install this mod, you must remove HH.

This mod adds an extensive dungeon system covering the entire Skyrim and Solstheim, 27 large and 11 small locations. Inside the dungeons you will find unique enemies added by the Vicn Creature Pack mod, as well as new ingredients from the remains of defeated opponents. There are destructible objects: walls, gratings, roots, and more.

This mod adds new dungeons around Skyrim, all of which are lore friendly, easy to integrate into the world, and fully compatible with juhaantero68's Forgotten Dungeons. However, for the sake of stability, none of these locations include Radiant Quest. Everything has also been hand-cleaned and polished with TES5Edit for maximum compatibility. N.B: v1.3 requires DLC from Dragonborn and Dawnguard!
My goal for this mod from the start was to be as immersive as possible, emulating the style and quality of the Bethesda game's dungeons. With any luck, by the time you stumble upon these dungeons, they will feel like another part of Skyrim.

The current version of SSE (v1.3) includes 5 dungeons, including:
Cracked Rock Mine is a large, intricate and multi-level dungeon inhabited by bandits of various stripes. Located south of Falkreath. Difficulty - medium. Travel time is approximately 1 hour.
Vallaskr's Tomb is a Nord ruin located northeast of Windhelm. Difficulty is high. Travel time is approximately 1 hour.
The Shelter of the Stone Hills is a vast cave, the main inhabitant of which are giants and their pets - mammoths. Located in the vanilla location "Stone Hill Cliff", which is between Dawnstar and Whiterun. Difficulty is high. Travel time is approximately 1 hour.
Khalbad's Rest is a small orcish sanctuary located in the south of Riften. Difficulty is low. Walking time is approximately 10 minutes.
Steamcrag Springs - A small necromancer's cave near the Steamcrag camp in Eastmarch. Moderate difficulty, length ~ 15 minutes

Tips & Tricks:
- Don't walk on the lava!
- You can get stuck in a crack if you try hard enough. Type "tcl" into the console to switch NoClip mode to exit. Expand it with the same command.
- Parts of these dungeons may cause performance issues for machines with older graphics cards. I've done my best to improve the frame rate, but I'm not going to spend a lot of time in the future messing with optimizations. The way it is.
- While I'm taking screenshots with ENB (RealVision), I'm optimizing the Vanilla rendering for compatibility. If something looks funny (contrast, lighting, etc.) it's probably the problem.
- Please report any bugs/glitches/other issues. I will try to deal with them when I can, and it may take some time.

The modification adds to the game an extended and branched dungeon system covering the entire Skyrim and Solstheim. Inside the dungeons - and this is 31 large and 21 small locations - you will find unique enemies added by the "Vicn creature pack" mod, new weapons, and ingredients from the remains of the enemies you defeated. There are destructible objects: walls, columns, lattices, roots, icicles, and others - to access new locations. In the process of passing, complete small quests and find the book "Exotic Alchemy" with a description of the underground bestiary.​

Important notes:

  • All enemies are leveled with a minimum level of lv 10-20 (zombies 20-30). Entering the dungeon with lvl 10 and below will be really problematic. Some enemies will reveal their true power from lvl 45 and up. Where exactly you enter the dungeon system is also important. Some locations are easier to navigate than others.
  • Read the description carefully.
  • Turn on subtitles in the game settings.
