Salt cooling towers in the resorts of the world - travel company "Scarab". Big encyclopedia of oil and gas

As reported in the previous article, several decor options are used for the interior design of salt caves:

  • Salt spray method (when the walls visually resemble the walls of a cave)
  • White salt blocks(bricks)
  • Himalayan salt tiles
  • Himalayan salt pebbles

Blocks (bricks) of Himalayan salt have an interesting recognizable color, the price for 1 piece is about 150-200 rubles. The material is imported into Russia. The largest deposits are in Pakistan, India, Bhutan.

White salt bricks for lining salt caves are made by Russian, Belarusian manufacturers, they are based on salt-Iletsk salt and salt from other mines. Their cost on the market is actually the same - 200-300 rubles / 1 pc.

Method of making salt bricks for lining halochambers

There are several ways to get solid bricks. One of them is sawing material from a layer of rock salt. This method has disadvantages, in particular, the non-ideal shape of the workpiece - defects and chips obtained during transportation complicate the process of installing salt blocks when finishing the speleotherapy treatment chamber.

Cutting method

It is used in the manufacture of Himalayan salt bricks in countries such as Pakistan, India, and Bhutan. This is a labor-intensive process, using a large number of workers. The mined salt blocks are cut, polished and packed.

A similar process is used to produce lamp blanks from Himalayan salt.

The principle of making lamps from Himalayan salt is similar to the way blocks are made:

As stated earlier, studies do not support the benefit of Himalayan salt blocks in the prevention of respiratory diseases. Therefore, we can only talk about the decorative functions of the "Himalayan" bricks.

Pressing

In Russia, the first patent for a method of creating artificial blocks of salt for interior lining of premises intended for the prevention of broncho-pulmonary diseases was issued in 1984. Its authors were S.D. Shipilevsky, Yu.G. Maksimov, A.N. Egorov and G.N. Solomkin (Production Association "Chuvashstroymaterialy").

According to him, the blocks were pressed from rock salt with a moisture content of 5-7%, after which they were kept at room temperature for a week. This made mass production possible with less labor and less risk of defective products.

Production stages

  1. The prepared crushed raw materials are poured into a wooden box.
  2. The quality of rock salt is checked (humidity, grinding)
  3. Then the mass is loaded into the mixer for 30 minutes, water is added until the moisture content of the material reaches 5-7%.
  4. After mixing, the salt mass is unloaded into the compartment, where it is aged for 8-10 hours.
  5. The molding sand according to the weight of the block is placed in the steel mold of the hydraulic press and exposed to the machine.
  6. The molded artificial block is placed for hardening in a room at room temperature for 7 days. To prevent the blocks from sticking together, they are separated from each other with plastic wrap.

This method involves gluing the blocks during laying due to salt crystallization and does not involve the use of binder solutions.

Salt block production equipment

The main equipment for making bricks for finishing salt caves by pressing is a press. It can be of various brands, the P-125 press is suitable for such purposes. The scope of the apparatus is the construction industry (concrete, natural materials, artificial stones, powder metals). His specifications allow a maximum reinforcement of 125 tons. The hydraulic press is centrally controlled.

In addition to P-125, you can use other brands of equipment with similar characteristics.

Press for salt blocks.

It is good when the equipment has sufficient performance. So, if the press allows you to produce up to 500 blocks per shift, is automated and safe, then the payback period for a set of equipment in some cases can be up to 1 year.

In Russia, this craft began to develop in the 12th century in the northern regions, in the Cis-Urals, and later in the central part. Salt-bearing rocks lie relatively shallow under the Russian Plain, so in some places it was enough to dig a well several meters deep to obtain brine. Sometimes, in depressions, underground brines came to the surface in the form of salt springs, then the industrialists had only to organize their collection. Also for the extraction of brines, deep wells were drilled, which were reinforced with corrosion-resistant wooden pipes. This technology was already known to ancient Russian industrialists.

Three kilometers from the center of Rostov, in the area of the former Varnitskaya Sloboda, there is a salt well in the form of a round pit with a depth and diameter of about two meters. Its walls are lined with coniferous logs. Thanks to the preservative properties of salt, the well survived, covered only with a grayish coating. The water in the well is level with the ground. Traces of the activity of industrialists have been preserved around: the remains of a canopy, production waste in the form of hills 1-2 meters high. The swampy ground around the well is overgrown with thick grass.
The owner of the local varnits was the Trinity-Sergius Varnitsky Monastery located here, founded in 1427 at the birthplace of St. Sergius of Radonezh. At that time, the salt industry was in full swing here! A drawing of the area dated 1676 has been preserved. Four varnitsa, the well itself, two salt pits and a chest are marked on it. In 1794, according to local chroniclers, there was a pond measuring 15 by 21 meters with two brine-lifting pipes and two furnaces for boiling salt.
Usually the varnich master was engaged in boiling salt, he was also called a cook. Helped him podvarok and workers. In honor of the cook who cooked salt, she got her name - table salt. The boiling process lasted a long time: in a special boiler, the brine was brought to a boil, and then boiled for a day and a half. It was necessary to monitor the process very carefully: the salt should not burn or form a crust. When the brine thickened, the heat was removed, and the salt was raked onto a wooden pallet, dried and poured into bags. This method was used until the end of the 19th century. It required a lot of firewood, time and effort. Therefore, salt was expensive, and it was called "white gold."
It was precisely because of the lack of fuel and the depletion of salt springs that the Rostov breweries were closed at the end of the 18th century. Since 1966, this territory in the form of a circle with a radius of 43.7 meters with a salt spring in the center has been protected by the state as a landscape natural monument of regional significance.

Development salt industry in the USA began with the use of salt springs, then natural brines were mastered with the help of boreholes, and, finally, they began to receive artificial brines and lead salt mining .

Salt springs lost their practical significance many years ago. If natural brines were used only to produce sodium chloride, they would not have been able to compete with other sources of salt long ago. However, the presence in these brines of many other salts in some cases gives them serious industrial importance. Currently based on usage natural brines Significant development was received by the chemical industry in two regions: in the Ohio River basin (in the southeastern part of the state of the same name and in the western part of West Virginia), as well as in the central part of Michigan.

Ohio river basin

In southern Ohio and adjacent parts of West Virginia, the presence of brines has been established in eight or ten formations occurring at depth.

The brines in this area carry up to 10% of dissolved salts, and in some areas the content of the latter exceeds 20%. while in sea water it is only 3.5%. Salt content in different brines different. In general, the concentration of brines seems to increase with increasing age and depth of burial of the rocks containing them.

Other plants in the vicinity use mixtures of brines from the Big Indian and Salt Sands horizons, or only process brines from the last horizon, which occurs at depths of 600 to 1000 feet. The same brines are processed at Pomeroy, Ohio, on the river of the same name, where the salt has been mined for over 100 years. The brines of the “First Water” and “Second Water” horizons have higher salt concentrations compared to the brines of the already mentioned horizons, and also have a higher outflow rate. The expansion of the use of brines of the lower horizons is hindered by their deep occurrence, but they are considered as an important potential source of chemical raw materials throughout the region.

The main substances extracted from brines are sodium, calcium and magnesium chlorides, as well as bromine, iodine and their compounds. The abundance of local hard coal plays an important role in the development of the chemical industry in the Ohio Valley. Description of brine-bearing formations and analyzes of West Virginia brines are given in Price et al.

Michigan fields

In this state, natural brines are produced in two districts. In central Michigan, within Midland and Gratiot counties, brines are present in three zones: 1) the Napolion or Upper Marshall (Mississippian, Osage Stage) sandstones; 2) Dundee Formation limestone (Middle Devonian); and 3) Sylvania Formation sandstones (Lower Devonian). Of greatest importance are the Napolion Formation sandstones, which range in thickness from 75 to 90 feet and in depth from 700 to 1200 feet. Salt, calcium and magnesium chlorides, and bromine are obtained from the brines associated with this formation. These brines are used as feedstock for the Midland-based chemical industry.

The second natural brine mining area is located in Mason and Manistee counties, located on the shores of Lake Michigan near the western border of the state. The source of brines here are Middle Devonian sandstones, assigned by the Michigan Geological Survey to the Filer horizon of the Detroit River Formation, and in the stratigraphic scheme proposed by Landes (Landes, 1951, p. 9), to the Amherstberg Formation zone of the same name. This horizon, 60-100 feet thick, lies at a depth of 2500 feet. Using the brines of this horizon, the chemical plants at Ludington and Manistee produce common salt, magnesium compounds, bromine, and other chemicals.

Salt springs, which give water with a high content of NaCl, deposit table salt as a result of the evaporation of water. Its deposits are known in Staraya Russa, Kirov, Perm and other regions.

Salt springs often accompany oil fields. It is no coincidence that the first finds of West Siberian oil in the Uray and Shaim region turned out to be very close to the Pelym salt springs: in a straight line, the distance from Pelym to Uray is no more than 100 km, and underground gas outlets are observed throughout the territory from Tavda to the Ob.

Numerous salt springs of Usolye (Ural) provide significant amounts of evaporated (table) salt.

Evaporation of brines from salt springs or underground brines is mainly used to obtain edible salt. Such salt is much more expensive than rock or self-planting. In some cases, the evaporation of the brine is also necessary in the production of chlorine by the method of electrolysis with a mercury cathode, when the anolyte needs to be resaturated with solid salt. In the process of evaporation, pure salt is released, most of the impurities remain in the mother brine. Modern plants use single or multi-vessel vacuum evaporators. The mother liquor after separating the released salt is returned to the evaporator together with fresh brine. When the concentration of sodium sulfate in the mother brine reaches 50 g/l, the brine is withdrawn from the cycle.

Concentrated salt spring waters used in therapy (eg Kreuznach waters); mixtures of salts prepared for therapeutic baths (sulphuric, iodine and other baths), including those with the addition of flavoring substances.

Obtaining table salt from natural salt sources, from brines extracted through wells and wells, as well as from sea water became an important area of human activity long before our era in Egypt, in China and a number of European countries.

In Michigan, thanks to the presence of salt springs, the production of chlorine and organochlorine products has received significant development. A large center of the chemical industry is the city of Detroit, where, along with the production of basic inorganic and organic chemicals, chemical industries serving the automotive industry are especially developed: the production of paints and varnishes, the production of synthetic resins and plastics, and plastics processing.

In ancient fragmented Germany, the presence of salt springs in one or another of its territories was considered quite sufficient and convincing reason for the military invasion of neighbors.

Ancient peoples often had wars over salt springs.

These terms refer to salt obtained from salt springs or sea water.

Sodium chloride dihydrate is released in winter in the salt springs of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, as well as in many other lakes. The released dihydrate does not contain impurities, and its freezing from brine is one of the methods for obtaining pure salt.

    2. Hydrocarbonate-sulfate-calcium water

    3. Chloride-sodium-bromine-boron brines

    Peloid therapy : sapropel mud.

    Description of healing factors

    Sulfate-chloride-magnesium-calcium-sodium water (for external and internal use) belongs to the mineral natural drinking medical table, XIX group, Khilovsky type. Mineral water "Khilovskaya" - natural medicinal table water, extracted from the unique natural springs of the resort "Khilovo". The springs are located in the center of the sanitary protection zone, isolated from the harmful effects of the urban environment. Water is extracted from a depth of more than 250 m, complies with GOST and is recommended by the Russian Scientific Center for Restorative Medicine and Balneology for drinking treatment.

    Hydrocarbonate-sulfate-calcium water (for external use) refers to mineral balneological, group 2.1.2, Khilovsky type. Water contains hydrogen sulfide in conditioned quantities, which has an important balneotherapeutic value. Hydrogen sulfide rejuvenates the skin and restores its derivatives: hair, nails; enhances the exchange of cartilage, bone tissue. After a course of baths, the level of cholesterol in the blood and hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus decrease. Hydrogen sulfide affects the functional state of the central nervous system, enhances the process of inhibition, stimulates the pituitary gland - thyroid gland - ovaries. Under the action of hydrogen sulfide baths, blood pressure decreases and cardiac output increases, the functional state of the myocardium improves, blood flow in the kidneys, liver, brain, and muscles increases. Hydrogen sulfide increases the amount of reduced and reduces the amount of oxidized forms of proteins, as a result, the biosynthesis of fatty acids and cholesterol decreases. Microcirculation improves by increasing the volumetric velocity of muscle blood flow, reducing perivascular edema, reducing platelet aggregation and blood viscosity. All this is an important link in the mechanism of therapeutic action in coronary heart disease, cerebral ischemia, peripheral vascular disease and other diseases of the cardiovascular system.

    Chloride-sodium-bromine-boron brines (for external use) are mineral balneological. Baths affect the leading systems of the body: nervous, cardiovascular, sympathetic-adrenal and pituitary-adrenal. They create favorable conditions for the formation of compensatory-adaptive and recovery reactions of the body. The main mechanism of action of these baths is the deposition of mineral salts on the skin and the formation of the so-called "salt cloak", which is a source of prolonged irritation of receptors and a reflex effect on functional systems. The presence of a "salt cloak" on the skin determines the characteristics of heat transfer in sodium chloride baths, which are characterized by greater heating of the body than in other baths. An increase in body temperature causes a compensatory vasodilating reaction, an increase in oxygen uptake. An increase in skin circulation is accompanied by the release of deposited blood, an increase in circulating blood volume and venous blood flow to the heart, a decrease in blood viscosity, and normalization of blood pressure. Baths improve all kinds of exchange. Due to the bromine contained in the water, baths have a pronounced sedative effect, enhance inhibitory processes in the cerebral cortex. Normalize immune properties, improve cerebral and general hemodynamics, affect the tone of peripheral veins.

    Sapropel mud in the sanatorium "Khilovo" it is mined from the bottom of the lake, located 12 km from the resort. Therapeutic mud refers to sapropelic low-sulfide, low-mineralized, medium-ash peloids, which have a balneological value. The therapeutic significance of sapropel is determined by its high thermal properties, the presence of a large amount of organic substances - humic, bitumen, as well as vitamins (B1, B12, C, D, E), enzymes, hormones, iron sulfides. Mud therapy actively improves all types of metabolism, microcirculation, tissue trophism, promotes healing and growth of bones, eliminates the inflammatory process without damaging beneficial microflora, relaxes muscle and nerve fibers, and has a powerful immunomodulatory effect.

    Mineral water

    Description of healing factors

    The composition of the lake water is sulfate-chloride, sodium-potassium, with a high content of magnesium, slightly alkaline. The content of salts in its area is not the same. It is highest in the central part of the lake, where it is 18-20 grams per liter of moisture, off the coast, especially close to the mouth of the Son River. The salt content is usually a few grams lower. With depth, the mineralization of moisture increases everywhere, and in the central part of the Shire, the near-bottom stratum is already brines. The main healing factors of Lake Shira are its mineral water, mud, underground mineral springs and the very healthy climate of these places. These factors are usually used in combination with all conventional healing methods. A very important therapeutic factor of the Shira resort is its medicinal and drinking mineral water. It is taken orally and, depending on the time of its intake and temperature, it has a different effect on the patient. Taken orally, it causes irritation of the receptors of the gastrointestinal tract, reflexively affects the central nervous system. After absorption, the constituent elements of water lead to some changes in the body, which entail complex, beneficial effects. At the same time, cold water introduced into the stomach causes an increase in secretory activity, and heated to 40-45 degrees, on the contrary, inhibits it. The same goes for the reception time.

    Mineral hydrogen sulfide water

    Description of healing factors

    MRC has unique natural healing factors - sulfate - bicarbonate calcium - magnesium waters, as well as healing sulfide-silt mud. They contain almost all chemical elements.

    Mineral water
    The main natural factor in the treatment at the resort are natural mineral hydrogen sulfide sulfate-hydrocarbonate calcium-magnesium waters and sulfide silt mud mined on the lake. Treatment with hydrogen sulfide water changes the colloidal properties of the skin, changes the barrier function, activates enzymatic processes in the body. The result of this effect is a pronounced anti-inflammatory, absorbable, analgesic, trophic-regenerative effect (improved metabolism).

    In healing mud contains almost the entire periodic table. The mud also contains antibiotic-like, hormone-like biologically active substances that have a strong anti-inflammatory effect, relax muscles, reduce pain in the joints and spine, increase immunity, dissolve scars, scars on the skin, have an anti-cellulite effect, and mud masks help get rid of acne and fatigue. skin. During mud procedures, intense sweating occurs, which helps to reduce body weight up to 400-800 grams. Finally, the procedure itself is pleasant - surprisingly, the mud has a very good warming effect, increases the emotional mood, and after the mud baths, a pleasant relaxation sets in, a surge of strength is felt.

    Description of healing factors

    Climate

    Sanatorium "Varzi-Yatchi" is distinguished by a special microclimate, characteristic only of this area. Its climate is characterized as temperate continental with pronounced seasons. According to the bioclimatic passport of the territory, "the landscape and climatic conditions of the sanatorium are a high-quality natural healing factor for use in resort and health-improving and rehabilitation practice for climate treatment and climate prevention of diseases."

    Rare, in its composition, peat mud - "living medicine", extracted from a peat bog located on the territory. According to the conclusion of the Russian Scientific Center for Restorative Medicine and Balneology (Moscow, 2007), this mud should be classified as a therapeutic low-mineralized, low-sulfide, high-ash peat mud. In its composition and medicinal properties, it is unique and is considered as a reference. On the territory of Russia is "the only representative of this type used for medicinal purposes." The balneological value of mud is due to very high thermal and plastic properties, the presence of therapeutically active mineral components: sulfides, free hydrogen sulfide, water-soluble salts, a large number of organic substances, including balneologically valuable - humic acids and their salts, fulphonic acids, bitumens, as well as the presence of organic biostimulants - lipids, vitamins, enzymes, hormones, etc.

    Mineral water.
    Currently, the sanatorium "Varzi-Yatchi" has a diverse hydro-mineral base, which is represented by 4 types of waters:

    1. Low-mineralized sulfate sodium-magnesium-calcium composition, with a slightly alkaline reaction of the medium (This water is of particular interest because it contains silver ions. The results of clinical studies indicate the high efficiency of this water in the treatment of patients with diseases of the stomach, biliary and urinary tract, as well as in the treatment of diabetes and gout).

    2. Low-mineralized sulfate calcium composition.

    3. Medium mineralized chloride-sulfate-calcium-sodium composition.

    4. Strong brine of sodium chloride composition (A feature of the brines of the sanatorium "Varzi-Yatchi" is that they do not contain hydrogen sulfide. This expands the possibility of their use in the treatment of many diseases, in particular the cardiovascular system, upper respiratory tract and diseases of the female genital tract. spheres.)

    Description of healing factors

    The natural source of our mineral water is located in the sanitary zone on the territory of the sanatorium. Mineral water "Brotherly" refers to the so-called. living waters that carry the soul in the form of ancient organic life and living relict protobacteria, preserving unique reference bioinformation that has not changed, being isolated from solar and cosmic storms and cataclysms on the surface of the earth. Such water, upon contact with damaged human tissues, transfers its reference bioinformation to them, which contributes to their rapid recovery. In the treatment, the sanatorium actively uses Usolye therapeutic mud.

    Natural healing factors

    Mineral natural radon water

    Description of healing factors

    For more than a hundred years, progressive balneology has been using the unique chemical element Radon to treat various diseases. However, until now, the methods of treatment using radon have not deservedly remained in the shadows against the background of the use of other natural factors, such as mineral waters and mud. On the one hand, this gives Radon some mystery and elitism, on the other hand, many patients suffering from rather serious ailments are deprived of the opportunity to experience its wonderful, truly effective and unique therapeutic power. We want to fill this gap and give our potential clients the opportunity to learn about the existence of such a treatment method as radon therapy and to familiarize them with all its nuances in more detail. We can talk about two ways of radon action - neuro-reflex, through the nerve endings of the skin, and humoral - the penetration of radon with blood and lymph into the subcutaneous fat and other organs and tissues. 2.5 hours after the radon procedure, radon is completely eliminated from the body, and after another two hours, the daughter products disappear. For several hours after a radon bath in the skin and, to a lesser extent, in other organs and tissues, as a result of alpha irradiation, a state of ionization of the tissue fluid occurs, which changes the direction and intensity of biochemical processes, which serves as a trigger for the restoration of impaired functions of human organs and tissues.

    The brine of Lake "Medvezhye" of sulfate-chloride magnesium-sodium type (salt content is not inferior in concentration to Dead Sea- Israel)

    Mineral water "Medvezhye-11" is characterized as medical table sodium chloride.

    Diseases of the female genital area: inflammatory processes, ovarian dysfunction, infertility of various etiologies.

    Diseases of the male genital area: chronic prostatitis, infertility.

    Treatment of frequently ill children: tonsillitis, bronchitis, increased immunity.

    Scoliosis, violation of posture, flat feet, cerebral palsy.

    Treatment of postoperative adhesions, post-burn scars.

    Natural healing factors

    Mineral water, mud.

    Natural mineral waters and therapeutic mud are the main wealth of the Usolsky sanatorium.

    Description of healing factors

    Mineral water
    The composition of water is unique. According to the analysis data, "Institute of Problems of Technology of Microelectronics and Highly Pure Materials of the Russian Academy of Sciences" of the Moscow Region, "Institute of Problems of Ecology and Evolution named after A.N. Severtsev" Moscow, "Tomsk Research Institute of Balneology and Physiotherapy" Tomsk, Usolsky baths are called, according to the main ingredients, - bromine-chloride-sodium, their healing properties are enhanced by a high content of hydrogen sulfide, as well as bromine, iodine, silicic acid, potassium, manganese, a fraction of strontium for better absorption of calcium.

    The natural water of Usolsky springs, traveling through underground labyrinths, washes the occurring rocks, is saturated with underground salts, minerals, gases and acquires healing properties, and then rises to the surface with springs and springs. The uniqueness of the Usolsky deposit is the natural pressure with which water jets rise to the surface of the reservoir. Two artesian wells with a depth of 500 meters open a free path for water to the surface of the earth.

    Another powerful healing factor in the "Sanatorium Usolye" is peat-silt mud.
    They are mined 12 km from the "Sanatorium Usolye" from the lake "Salt". The history of the appearance of healing mud in the Usolsky district is also very interesting. At the beginning of the century before last, the British, conducting geodetic research, drilled a well 12 kilometers from Usolye. The water taken from it for testing, for some reason, was not suitable for salt extraction, and the foreigners abandoned the well. Water flowing outside caused a lot of trouble local residents, and they threw stones at the artificial spring. However, moisture still seeped out and gradually a small peat bog formed in this place, which was saturated with brine for more than a hundred years. In 1928, the "centenary-aged" mud from this place was studied for its healing properties and has since been actively used to treat various diseases. It should be noted that the reserves of healing mud are not dimensionless. According to estimates, they will only last for the next decades. So, those who want to experience their healing properties for themselves should hurry up. Based on the study of therapeutic mud by the Tomsk Research Institute, according to the main classification criteria, one can recognize the mud as corresponding to mineralized sulfide peat therapeutic mud.

    Mineral water

    Description of healing factors

    Mineral water
    In 1975, 2 wells were drilled on the territory of the Karacharovo sanatorium center to provide a hydro-mineral base and treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. According to hydrochemical studies, mineral water taken from the well belongs to low mineralized sulfate-magnesium-calcium waters. (XII group Ashgabat waters).

    It is extracted from a well 480 m deep, where it is guaranteed that there is no contact with the aquifers of the upper layers;

    The chemical composition of water has not changed since the start of well operation. The place of accumulation of water was carried out in lime-gypsum caves, which are a natural filter, which ensures crystal clearness and a refreshing spring taste;

    Toxic trace elements, including nitrogen compounds, heavy metals, and radionuclides were not detected or their concentration is significantly below the maximum allowable limits;

    The water is low-mineralized, is actively used as a table water, and does not taste salty. It contains only the amount of mineral salts necessary for treatment, which does not lead to their excessive accumulation in the body.

    According to its chemical composition, it is a unique product of nature.

    At the International Congress of Balneology in 1996 in Moscow, she was awarded a diploma, and entered the top ten of the 160 waters of the world represented.

    Since 1970, mineral natural drinking table water has been extracted on the territory of the Karacharovo sanatorium center. According to hydrochemical studies, mineral water belongs to weakly mineralized fresh water hydrocarbonate magnesium-calcium composition. Natural drinking table water "Karacharovo" is used without boiling as a table and as a basis for cooking, drinks, diluting juices and concentrates.

    Distinctive features compared to other analogues:

    It is extracted from a well 180 m deep, where it is guaranteed that there is no contact with the aquifers of the upper layers;

    The chemical composition of water has not changed since the start of well operation;

    Water "Karacharovo" is unique in its chemical composition, balance of mineral properties that have a healing effect on the human body, favorably affects digestion, removes toxins from the body, refreshes and tones;

    "Karacharovo" compensates for the lack of useful minerals and microelements, which are so necessary for the health of an adult, and indispensable for the formation and growth of a child;

    Mineral water (brine) for external use
    The main therapeutic factor in the sanatorium is mineral water (brine) for external use from a well, which is drilled on the territory of the sanatorium complex. It is directly supplied to the medical building, to the bathroom department.
    In accordance with the MU of the Ministry of Health of Russia No. 2000/34 "Classification of mineral waters and therapeutic mud for the purposes of their certification", the mineral waters of the well belong to bromine chloride sodium strong brines that can be used for the release of outdoor balneological procedures with appropriate dilution.

    Sanatorium " Pinery"offers spa treatment using sulfide-silt lake-spring mud from the floodplain of the Ivkinka River, containing up to 1500 mg / kg of hydrogen sulfide, saturated with highly mineralized chloride-sulphate-sodium water from its own well.
