This is an aparthotel. Very beautiful and picturesque area. The complex is located on the second coastline. It is 100-150 meters from the sea. 7 km to Sunny Beach - and you are in the center of the party. The beach is good - there is even a sandbank that is interesting to swim on. Boats depart from the pier ancient city Nessebar There are 2 water parks nearby - in Sunny Beach and in Nessebar. The complex was built in 2007. All new. Meals are not included in the price. There are 3 restaurants. I recommend the hotel to those who appreciate relaxing holiday

I liked the location of the apartments, it’s far from the sea, but it was very pleasant for us to walk along the green and beautiful territory to the sea, there are a lot of greenery and roses) There are two supermarkets, two restaurants and a shop with beach accessories on the territory. Nearby: bus stop, with bus schedule (there is also a more comfortable bus for the apartments themselves); water park in the nearest hotel in Elenite (one stop), go a little further to the others. They lived across the road on a hill, clean air, the proximity of the forest (the territory is fenced). In the yard there are two levels of the pool with a water slide (it is interesting even for adults).

The hotel itself is located, in my opinion, not very well. Near the road and it is annoying, because. trucks and buses drive along it at night and early in the morning. I don’t envy those whose windows overlook the road. There is no walking area if you want to walk somewhere either by bus or on foot along the road along a small concrete path, with the hope that head mirror. That is, it is believed that the territory of the hotel should be enough for walking. The territory is beautiful, everything is in flowers, there are many swings and entertainment for children.
The rooms are good, clean, (although the tour operator promised us a room area of 88 sq.m., in fact a little more than 50 sq.m.) they cleaned well, but there were 4 people and we had one small table screwed to the wall where we could eat there was only one person and there was a low coffee table at which we ate all 12 days in a split. The refrigerator for four is also very small. It was terribly inconvenient. Another serious minus: it is written that it is impossible to keep dogs in the hotel, but this is not respected at all, there are a lot of people with small dogs that walk on the lawns and yelp loudly early in the morning. I find this completely unacceptable!
There are a lot of shops on the territory, a good butcher shop, but they are terribly hung everywhere, be careful. They return the money, but with such faces as if you stole from them.
All the staff were very polite, with the exception of one young man at the reception, who behaved rudely and did not respond to our requests. We had to wait for him to change and make requests to another, and then they cleaned the shower for us and set up the TV and brought toilet paper.
As for the beach, it is not bad, but we went to swim in Sunny Beach, there is a wide beach area, clean sand and a cleaner sea.
The conclusion is this: we had a good rest, the child is happy, but I will not go to this hotel again, the cons still outweigh the pros.

disadvantages: you will have to suffer with a stroller here, there are many dangerous steep descents, few safe smooth exits. the descent to the beach is terrible - a snake of uneven stone steps, with a railing on one side. wheelchair users, forget about this place, parents - be on the lookout. with us, someone's child on a steep descent with a running start crashed his head on the asphalt. further along the beach there are hotels that have their own elevator to the beach directly from the hotel.
regarding the rooms especially on upper floors- the borders of the balconies are very dangerous, if desired, it will not be difficult for a child to climb over them or fall out into a hole. someone hangs the entire balcony with a net or fabric, but ours is just huge, more than 10 m around the perimeter, you have to control access
All shops and restaurants close at exactly 00-00, the nearest 24-hour in St. Vlas, it's not far, but it's quite unpleasant to walk along the road at night with groceries. a local taxi is expensive, they want 70 euros to Nessebar round trip. though shuttle buses run on schedule, they are much cheaper - about 5 euros per person round trip to Nessebar. but they stop walking around 10 pm.

regarding the beach. I said about the descent. the beach itself is C grade - both paid with sunbeds and umbrellas (9 lev or 4.5 euros approximately), and free - a narrow sand and pebble strip, although you can find a place. in the second half of August, it usually storms here for a couple of days, after which the entire beach is littered with algae and they are a continuous forest near the coast, it’s disgusting to go ashore. it seems that special teams should remove this here, but the local service is rather unobtrusive. once cut off for example all the water for half a day
we also got into an epidemic of rotavirus, probably caught on the beach. at first the child was sick for 3-4 days - vomiting, diarrhea, temperature 38.5 - they called a local doctor, so-so, but sane. True, I was somewhat shocked that he did not have alcohol with him - I had to refuse the injection (or maybe it’s right). and then we ourselves fell ill with the same.
So with small children here you must always be on the alert and on your guard, although in principle the Elenite option is budget-friendly and can be considered, but we are unlikely to go here.

We had doubts about this hotel for a very long time, because there are very few reviews about it on the Internet. But everything turned out very well. The only negative that you need to be ready for right away and what we did not know is that the hotel is located in the mountains and far from the sea. regarding the altitude, here how lucky. Those who found themselves immediately in the first houses after the road (the road separates the first line from the second) were very lucky, they didn’t have to climb the mountain, but we had to walk. We then adapted to ride through the elevators. you enter the lower complex, then two floors on the elevator, then a little on the territory, then on one elevator. we had to go through four elevators, they were in the penultimate building from the top. But later you find only a plus in this, kilograms are not deposited. The room itself is very comfortable, took an apartment with two rooms. True, the sofa in one of them was not very soft. so for two it is better to take a studio, there is enough space. there is everything you need - microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker or kettle. We had a coffee maker, we were replaced with a kettle a day later. cleaning every three days. no complaints about the number. The kitchen itself is very good, large table, spacious. There are problems with food in Bulgaria. I don't mean restaurants. We didn't go there. I mean, it's hard to buy good products in Bulgaria. It is best to buy only fruits, bread, butter and milk on the territory of the complex. the rest walk 15-20 minutes to Elenite, there is a great Zorro store. don't even think about going to Sunny Beach, Mladost or St. Vlas. These are not supermarkets, but horror. Muscovites only in zorro, the prices are normal. Try to take only foreign sausages and cheeses, Bulgarians do not know how to produce meat. There are delicious Bulgarian pates. There is a butcher's shop on the territory of the complex, where you can safely buy chickens, tongue, beef, pork, etc. without fear. The territory of the whole complex is large and beautiful. There are many children, but they are not seen or heard in such a large area. For those with children, this is ideal. there are many playgrounds, carousels, cars and scooters for rent, sandboxes, everything your heart desires. There is an exchange, a very good exchange rate. do not change money at the airport, the exchange rate is very low. Now for the sea. The sea is warm from the second half of July. don't go earlier. The sea is clean, sometimes small algae are nailed, but it's not scary. AT Sunny Beach not the sea, but horror. You go and there is no end, very shallow. And here the entrance is excellent. The beach is good. Yes, there is no toilet, but there is a cafe, massage, dressing room. It is safe to leave things and go swimming. Sunbeds and umbrellas, however, are expensive, 4 euros for a sunbed or umbrella. We took one umbrella and spread out towels. By the end of July, there were fewer places on the beach, but still quite free, not like in Sunny Beach. Very clean air, easy to breathe. cool in the evening, sleep peacefully. and in the morning it is hot again by 09.00. and there is no need to borrow a sunbed in advance, as in Turkey. The pools are good. There are pools for the little ones. A real miracle, children and parents love them very much. choose this hotel, I advise, or if you find it, there is a Marina and Panorama on the first line of this complex. The panorama is located closest to the entrance to the beach.
