We chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews and were mentally prepared for everything that people wrote about this hotel, but still, in some places we were simply shocked. I will say right away that the sea and the beach are the best that this hotel has. We went on vacation to swim and sunbathe. We are not lovers sandy beaches, therefore, entering the sea from the pontoon did not bother us at all, on the contrary - you can jump, the sea is warm and transparent, you can dive with goggles and a mask, there are fish. Lots of people on the beach best places they do it even at night, but in general you can always find a place to lie down on a sun lounger, there is a dressing room and a bar on the beach. The first thing that shocked us upon arrival was the reception area workers. Kazakhs, in my opinion, are definitely not Turks. They treat visitors like g """ oh, they shout loudly, at yourrequests or questions, the answer is one - go to lunch, the restaurant will close now. Our problem was that we were three adults and we booked 1 double and 1 single room. Started asking for rooms to be next to each other. They didn't answer us. As a result, with a fight and shouting, we were still given rooms next door. We read that Russians are put into rooms without repairs and other delights of civilization. AT single room the air conditioner did not work at all, in our double bathtub water was dripping from the ceiling, the shower door was broken. Moreover, the hotel staff is well aware of this. When we arrived in the evening and asked to send a master to see where the water was pouring from, they simply nodded to us in response, but no one even came. They were also lucky that our one person, who lived in a single room, did fine without air conditioning (we would have died from the heat). I don’t know if they gave us these numbers, because we performed a lot when we arrived, or they are all like that there. But it's not like 5*, it's barely 3*. We do not ask for royal conditions, but when everything is broken, dirty and just unpleasant to be in the room - this is a completely different matter. Cleaning is a separate issue. A couple of times I sat on the balcony and read a book while the cleaner came to the room, and so the whole cleaning took about 7 minutes at the most. Once I looked under the bed - it would be better if I didn’t do it. From the advantages of the hotel: a large green area, beautiful views from the restaurant and from the territory to the neighboring shore, proximity to the village of Gundogan (you can take a minibus directly from the hotel, it runs quite often), the village is very cute and there are many shops. The food at the hotel suited us just fine. A large selection of dishes, everything is quite tasty, a lot of vegetables, salads, fruits (watermelon for breakfast, lunch and dinner), Turkish flatbread and sweets. Everyone, of course, choke on food, grab like crazy. But the food was always brought and you just had to wait a bit until the people subsided. Wine is quite nothing for Turkey. We also really liked the tea house, located right in a pine grove, there was always a breeze blowing from the sea and there was a cooler with drinks, water and tea, in the heat - a great pastime. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the main thing is that we bought ourselves stupefied.
