Hello everyone, we were in this hotel last year, everything that was offered for that kind of money was terrible, I chose it myself, then I did not regret it ....
The room is spacious, I rested with my 11-year-old son and a girlfriend, a separate room and a studio kitchen with a balcony overlooking the sea, but the balconies are corner, therefore, the view is side ... since we spent very little time in the room, it was not important, the availability the balcony was nice in the evenings when we drank beer and enjoyed the rest...
There is a mini market downstairs in the hotel building, there is everything you need, there are not enough dishes in the room, but in principle we only had breakfast there, and then left for the whole day. We rented a car and traveled every day, the nature is gorgeous .... The problem is, what to leave the island, if not early in the morning, then constantly traffic jams ... we left for an hour, but I like to sleep, so we were in no hurry ... Trogir is a very beautiful town ... there is where to take a walk, we went to Split, then to the Park Krka, then to Plitvica, we had a lot of fun, Croatia is very beautiful, we went to Montenegro for 3 days, I was there, but I wanted to show the child, so we were in Dubrovnik, Kotor, Porto Montenegro, Budva and Becici ... The villa completely suited me , I'm not very picky about comfort, but the furniture is new and, in principle, there is everything you need, we had lunch and dinner somewhere along the way or in Trogir ... In extreme cases, there is a cafe downstairs, you won't die of hunger ...
Of the minuses, the lack of WIFI, but it is in a cafe nearby and if you take juice and find out the password, you can use it while sitting somewhere nearby for several days, then they change, but again you can repeat the procedure or just ask those who are sitting there ... ))))
The sea is just across the road, which also could not but rejoice, although this beach was only the first and last day, the rest of the time along the way they stopped to swim, the beaches are municipal, therefore there were no problems. I recommend the hotel to those who love sightseeing holidays, not AI, there is no such service, but the beauty and the sea of positive))))

After a week of rest in this apart-hotel, I will say: very good. We rested with friends (three more families) and came to the conclusion: enough for their money good option. Pros: the sea is nearby, a good enough beach (especially for those with children), a shop with quite humane prices is nearby, there are a couple of restaurants within a minute's walk. Spacious, clean apartments with their own kitchen. As this is not a hotel, be prepared to keep your room clean (dispose of trash, sweep, change toilet paper, etc.). Of the minuses, I would note a sufficient distance from "civization" - i.e. Trogir. You can’t get there on foot with children, but the bus runs on schedule. Moreover, the schedule is not stable enough - it has changed with us! Also once on Saturday (it turned out they had a holiday on this day) - the schedule was generally like on Sunday! Because of this, I had to take a taxi, because. we did not really want to wait an hour and a half at the bus station with the children.
Separately, I want to emphasize the beauty of the sea, the purity of the water, the surrounding towns and beaches. The islands, of which there are a lot in those places, are simply gorgeous. good beaches, blue lagoons and the purest water Adriatic Sea- it will be remembered for a long time.
Would I return here again? Maybe yes.

His guests have already written about Little Sea. In addition, I will say ..
Pros:
1.relatively new hotel
2. near the beach
3.good supermarket
Minuses:
1. Difficult to get to Trogir
Absolutely unobtrusive service. We were given the keys upon check-in and left them in the room upon check-out.
Ideal for beach lovers.
For those who like to relax actively, it is necessary to rent a car. On the public transport- it's very cheap.

Just got back from the hotel.
I put the eight, because there were small flaws in the work, but in general - everything is fine. Just a warning - lovers of Turkey, Montenegro, evening promenades, cocktails and other garbage - do not belong here. Do not go and do not shit in the reviews of a great aparthotel.
The place is completely for very active people - scooters are rented right next to the hotel at a very decent price, it is better to rent a car in Trogir. It’s a good 40-45 minute walk to Trogir on foot (yes, there really is no pavement on the road, but the drivers in Croatia are very normal and there is no danger if you don’t walk as if you were alone in the white world). There is a bus that goes CLEARLY on schedule, price - 11 kunas to Trogir per person. NO problems with pickup!
The beach is small but clean. it is cleaned regularly, there is a cafe on the beach where they make good coffee and tasty fish. The stones are large granotsev, there is nothing to do without rubber slippers (yes, all the beaches are like that on Ciovo!) Nearby, in the private sector, they sell homemade wine, schlivovica, olive hive 8-))))) Everything is real, this is not Crimea or Montenegro for you .
The sea is clean. I swam with a mask, I saw a bunch of Mediterranean living creatures.
We lived in large apartments of 70 sq.m. - in general, there were no problems with anything - a complete set of dishes, an oven, an electric stove. They took fresh, only caught fish and fried it in homemade olive oil. Olives and figs grow under the villa on our side.
In the villa itself there is a Tommy supermarket - there you can buy whatever your heart desires. We foolishly bought three kilos of prosciutto 8-)))))))
As for the planes - that's right, opposite the villa on the other side of the bay is Split airport. You can see and hear how planes land and take off, but it's not annoying. but on the contrary - it gives an additional flavor - you should have seen how the pilots skillfully take the planes out of the mountain bowl of Kastela!
We traveled almost all over Ciovo, we went to Split-Sibenik ourselves. We bought an excursion to Dubrovnik - but only to see WHAT IT IS - we are going there next year!
Croatians are GREAT PEOPLE. Europe. They don’t climb on you with friendship, they don’t pester “let’s buy a friend” - the relationship is clearly business-like and it’s cool - at least rested from our idiocy, when everyone around is footcloths, but in reality - fie. here everything is clear and understandable.
In general, yes. The place is good for positive and active people of all ages. Those. who loves to travel and knows how to appreciate a good hotel.

We rested at this villa at the end of August 2012. The apartments are spacious, but as stated in the travel agency "Fly away" (Kyiv) "with a view of the sea", the view really was, but also looking at the sea we saw garbage cans (though a little fenced ). Not all 90% with a sea view, in general, as they say. Be sure to write in the contract, if they promise. The sea and nature are wonderful, but again, no. It seems to be Europe, but why on this island, in general, no one bothered about pedestrians .. i.e. keep in mind - there are simply NO tracks !! Buses, indeed, run regularly and there are boats to Trogir and Split, but they still need to be reached ... In the evening there is nowhere to walk and the embankment, as, for example, in Trogir, of course, no. Somehow comparing the rest of Montenegro and Croatia, Montenegro wins (and I was so eager to go to Croatia). Yes, and the locals themselves (maybe we were so unlucky) well, they were very "requested" .. We rented a car, visited the Krka park, Plitvice lakes - wonderful !!! Durovnik is highly promoted. Old Trogir, Split-liked it! Ask happy to answer!

A rather detailed review about the hotel was written by Tatyana (see below), so if possible I will try not to duplicate information, but add something new and useful.
I must say right away that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. So be prepared for the fact that you will have to keep your room clean, take out the trash and use bedding and towels for a week.
The rooms leave a good impression: fresh, bright, comfortable, equipped with kitchen, extractor hood, balcony. Lived in a family of 3 people. in apartments 50 sq.m., in fact - a two-room apartment. The villa buildings are located with the letter "P", so 90-95% of the rooms, windows and balconies look at the sea.
The tour was taken without food, because. the goal was to save as much as possible in order to be able to travel around the neighborhood. However, we were never hungry, because in the very building of the villa there is a supermarket, in which everything you need is available. And in general, the question of where to eat disappears by itself as soon as you start moving somewhere - bars, konoba at every step (konoba is such a small restaurant, usually home cooking).
Prices in food stores, I would say, are 1.5-2 times more expensive than Ukrainian ones. Almost everywhere they accept payment cards. We arrived on Saturday late in the evening and were afraid that on Sunday we would not find an exchange office, so we took a salary card with us (after notifying the bank in advance). Further, in supermarkets, they always only paid with a card. By the way, exchange offices are also open on Sundays. In Trogir they will not be difficult to find.
The girls at the reception are always ready to help, they will tell you how, what and where, they will give you, if you wish, maps of Ciovo, Trogir, Split, bus and boat schedules, in general, information support is top notch.
By the way, buses run on schedule, the fare, as for me, is very expensive, so allocate a special budget item for travel.
The apartments are located in the village of Arbania on about. Ciovo 5 km. from Trogir.
The nature is magnificent, striking in its beauty, the sea is clean, the water is clear, the air is fresh ...
Beaches - I would say all coastline, it's a solid beach. Therefore, I simply recommend not to sit in one place, but to search, search good places, there are a lot of them.
I really liked the country itself, many beautiful ones, historical sites, wonderful parks, I definitely recommend as much as possible to travel and see. If you love leisure- That way.
If there are questions about the place, about movements, etc. I'll try to answer.

I really liked the villa, it is really located on the very shore of a wonderful sea. The beach is small stones, you need a special. shoes. In general, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the beach or for trips around the country. It will probably be boring for young people, since there is no entertainment nearby, but you can go to Trogir (it takes 10 minutes by car) and there you can already find everything your heart desires, many restaurants, clubs, cafes, bars. The food is excellent everywhere and the prices are very reasonable, despite the fact that we lived in a room with a kitchen, the maximum that I cooked was coffee and sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner in cafes. We didn’t really like the cafe, which is located on the ground floor, but for example, our German neighbors were delighted)) Croatians cook fish and seafood very tasty, the portions are very large !! On the first day, as ordered, there was nowhere to put dishes on the table, the waiter wrapped everything up for us, and we ate the whole next day))) And you should definitely try the wine, very tasty Vranac Montenegrin. We also went on an excursion to the Plivets Lakes, such beauty is unreal, photos on the Internet don’t even convey half, it’s definitely worth a trip!
If you have any questions about the villa or Croatia in general, I will be happy to answer!

We rested in Malo More at the end of June 2012. The villa is excellent, the rooms are new. We took a room of 70 m, two bedrooms, a living room-studio (with a kitchen and a large dining table). There is only one air conditioner in the living room, but it works perfectly. Boiler with hot water. There is no hair dryer. There is an iron and a board. All cutlery and crockery are included. Really 20 m. to the sea. It is located not in Trogir, but on about. Ciovo in the village of Arbanya. Trogir is 6 km away. By car 5 minutes. There are scheduled buses that run on schedule less than once an hour and are constantly late. But you can leave. The schedule is at the reception. Quickly stop a ride, sympathetic Croats are always ready to help tourists. Offers of money are always refused. The water is clean, the entrance is small and medium stones, you need shoes for swimming. Right in front of the villa on the beach there is a colorful local bar with great music, delicious coffee and helpful bartenders. True, we examined it only on the day of departure and were very sorry that we did not look there every day! If you walk along the coast deep into the island for 5-7 minutes, then you will find yourself on a very white beautiful beach! The beach itself, as well as the entrance to the sea, is covered with small white pebbles, which simply glow in the sun and create a complete feeling that you are on desert island! At the end of June there were still not many people, so we were often alone there. It is better to take a tour to Malo More without meals, because according to tourists who had breakfast or HB in a cafe right in the villa building, this cannot be called food. All the same, we went to the local Tommy supermarket, which is also located in the Malo More building. Prices there, as in Ukraine, for basic products, there is everything: good sour milk, vegetables, fruits, prosciutto. The choice of wine is not large, but it is local, tasty, there is something to try! You could have a delicious meal in a restaurant along the embankment 30-40 meters from the villa or in the evening in Trogir, where there is already a large selection of establishments. It is better to say that the whole of Trogir is one big restaurant, only with different interiors. The fish there are absolutely amazing! More about the room. Housekeeping is not included in the services provided. Since we knew this in advance and were only 7 days, it did not bother us. Change of towels and bedding also did not take place even once in 7 days. If you take a tour for more than 7 days, this issue must be considered in advance. We decided that a vacation on an island where there are few people and endless beaches at our disposal is worth these disadvantages. If you live, for example, in Trogir in the old town, then there is nowhere to swim there. Yes, it’s cool to walk around the city in the evenings, but during the day you want the sea ... Therefore, tourists from Trogir go to the nearby ones to swim in the afternoon - 5-10 km. beaches. The reception will help you rent a car or arrange excursions. The girls at the reception are very responsive, any issue was resolved immediately, always ready to help! There were three of us, so it turned out to be more profitable for us to take a car and go in our own mode for all the excursions ourselves. Moreover, there are high-speed roads. Rent a car with mechanics - from 35 euros, automatic - 50 euros / day. We visited the national parks Krka and Plitvice lakes + Split and surroundings. The cost is organized excursions in Plitvice Lakes - 77 euros per person, in Krka - a little cheaper, Split + Trogir - 30-35 euros. Trogir is 25 km from Split, and frequent buses run from the old town of Trogir from the bus station. They cost like 1.5 euros. I advise this villa to active people, or by car. Since getting out of the island by yourself is problematic. Conversely, if you only want to enjoy beach holiday. For Central Dalmatia, this is an amazing place where there are still fewer people than in the Makarska Riviera, for example, but there is beautiful Trogir nearby (this is UNESCO rated), where evening and night life boils and there is where to wander and what to see! Thank you Ciovo for a great vacation! As for the ratings: the location - we were looking for just such a place - 5! food - ate by yourself or in restaurants - 5! entertainment - we went almost everywhere ourselves, they gave out routes and maps, they told and explained everything, there are countless places to visit - 5! service - it is simply not in the villa - there is no cleaning, no change of towels, because we haven’t been in the room for 7 days and didn’t do much cooking, then leaving we left a clean room (you need to accept this or not to go, the villa doesn’t pretends to be 5 *), but the reception works like clockwork - 5! rooms (in the villa all rooms are 50 or 70 sq. m.) - 5!
