New slopes and lifts

This winter season, a new (already 28th!) cable car"Daphne", located in the Ober Khutor circus. It is part of a project to unload the resort in the Rosa Stadium zone (now it is not necessary to slide down to the Dryad cable car along narrow routes past upper lake, if you plan to go up again later) and will facilitate access to (a unique snow park made of natural materials, will open in January).

Significantly increased parking at Rosa Stadium (it is still free). As in the previous season, for those who went up there by car, a one-day ski pass will cost 100 rubles cheaper. Thus, a company of four people can save up to 850 rubles per day (on parking and ski passes).

New tracks of different difficulty levels have appeared on the Southern slope. (red) which originates from the top of the Crocus cable car is now twice as long, and the red slopes of Oread and Adonis have been added to it. In the same place, another trail for beginners, Yavor 2, appeared - very beautiful and long (3.8 km). The naiad was red last year - this season it will not be wasted, which means it will join the zones for easy freeride.

The rollout area on the southern slope has been changed and expanded, snow generators have been installed below. But by lunchtime on the South Slope there are the same problems with the capacity of the cable car as last year, so we recommend going there in the morning.

To the left of the Edelweiss cable car (when viewed from below), the blue Alpika track appeared, along which it will be possible to come to Rosa Khutor from the Alpika resort - it is relevant for owners of a single ski pass (when it appears).

Evening skiing

This season the resort has increased the number of illuminated slopes! In addition to the green (training trails) - "Chalet" and "Juventa", the blue trail "Rosa Blade" and the red "Rosa Star" will be available. Night skiing has always been attractive with less crowded slopes and fresh velveteen, and now with a variety for riders of different levels of skiing.

Trails and lifts

This season, the resort will have two new training areas with green trails for those who are just planning to get up on skis or snowboards. These tracks will be equipped with ski lifts. One zone will be located in the eastern sector to the left of the Polikarya Waterfall lift (K13), and the second in the central sector next to the Snow Star lift (K8).

The "Eastern Sector" was finally connected to the "Central Sector" - the blue route 13T in the area of ​​​​the avalanche dam. This will definitely make it easier to move around the resort. Previously, the red track 2C which started from 1500m. up to 960m. this year it turned into a blue 2F, it became more gentle due to additional serpentines, and, accordingly, longer -  1.2 km, with a vertical drop of 470 meters. A small black patch 2C appeared next to it.

The resort has 4 dedicated zones (of which only one is open so far), where off-piste skiing will be allowed: 2 in the Central and 2 in the Eastern sector of the resort. On the map, these zones are marked as black trails with a blue stroke. Now freeride will be officially allowed in these areas. They will be served by the rescue service. All of them are above 1000 meters above sea level. These sections are very difficult and unpredictable and you can ride them with special training and equipment.

Tracks 2B and 2D in the Central Sector will be closed for the upcoming season. A landslide came down in this place in the spring, the slope was strengthened in the autumn, but the tracks will not open this season, this area is forbidden to visit. We do not recommend taking risks.

Evening skiing

Closed until next winter season.

Only routes 8A and 8E are open, access to which will be provided by the Snezhnaya Zvezda lift K8 and the K9 drag lift.

New slopes and lifts - Alpika!

This season, the resort opened a new Alpika skiing area, previously the first Alpika-service cable car in Krasnaya Polyana was located there, which was loved by many skiers even before the 2014 Olympics. Now hybrid lifts go to the upper station at 2256m - At the same time, both closed booths and open chairs can hang on them. Cafes, restaurants, equipment rentals will appear at transfer stations.

Evening skiing

This season, the resort's night skiing area will remain the same. It will be available daily from 18:00 to 23:00, weather permitting. The cost of a ski pass is 1200 rubles. (Mon-Thu), 1350 rub. (Fri.-Sun.) from 1 to 20 March.

Rosa Khutor - is a world-class all-season resort. It is located in the village of Estosadok, which, in turn, extends at the very foot of the Main Caucasian Range. The total area of ​​the complex is approximately 1820 hectares, these are the northern, northeastern and southern slopes of the Aibga mountain range, everything starts at around 575 m above sea level near the Mzymta River and ends with the peak stone pillar at an altitude of 2507 m.

The Rosa Khutor ski resort was also the venue for the XXII Winter Olympic Games 2014, snowboard, freestyle and alpine skiing competitions were held here. Largely thanks to the Olympics, the resort managed to attract a large number of tourists, including foreign ones. Of course, most of the tourists tend to get here during the period winter holidays, as there are excellent ski slopes that have been designed by the world's best experts. At the moment the length of the tracks is 94 km., most of them are very difficult (black), difficult (red) or of medium difficulty (blue), but they did not deprive beginners of fairly easy tracks (green) for them.

Rosa Khutor has 60 pistes, the height difference between which is about 1534 meters. The season at the ski resort can last almost 140 days a year, due to the artificial snow cover of the slopes, which is used during the absence of natural snow or in addition to it.
