Where can I travel with an e-Visa?

There are two types of e-visas:

  1. actually electronic, that is, you issue it via the Internet and you are allowed into the country without pasting a paper visa into your passport (for example, in Cyprus);
  2. electronic permission to obtain a visa upon arrival, when you only receive a visa permission via the Internet, and at the airport you are pasted a visa into your passport (for example, in Vietnam, if your stay exceeds 15 days).

Both visas are convenient and save a lot of time and nerves. Usually, in order to obtain a visa permit, you need to pay a fee and send scanned copies required documents. Below is a list of countries where in 2019 you can travel without a visa in the traditional sense - that is, you can either apply for a visa permit via the Internet or get an electronic visa.

  • Australia (3, 6 or 12 months, you can apply online. BUT you need to pass biometrics): tickets →
  • Gabon (visa for 1, 2, 3 or 6 months)
  • (60 days, visa permission needed):
  • (90 days, with an extension of another 90 days)
  • (90 days, free registration. Condition: entry to Cyprus only from the territory of the Russian Federation, and not from third countries. If you are flying connecting flight or from another country, you need to apply for a regular visa. ):
  • Ivory Coast (3 months)
  • (30 days, extension is possible. You can stay in the country up to 180 days within one trip. Free registration.): tickets →
  • Montserrat (1 year, multiple entries)
  • Myanmar (28 days in the country with a visa validity of 90 days)
  • Sao Tome and Principe (30 days)
  • (35 days from visa issue date): Skyscanner - smart search will help you find cheap tickets.

    Abkhazia

To get to Abkhazia, you need to fly to Sochi airport (Adler). Further ground transport we get to the Abkhazian resorts. Tickets to Adler cost from 3,000 rubles, tours to Abkhazia - from 20,000 rubles.

    Vietnam, Thailand and Sri Lanka

Inexpensive and visa-free destinations for Russians. One bad thing - you have to spend money on the flight. Tickets cost from 30 thousand rubles, sometimes you can find them for 22-25 thousand. Vouchers cost from 60 thousand for two, to Sri Lanka - from 80 thousand.

    Georgia

A country from the list of visa-free for Russians, and it is allowed to stay in Georgia for at least a whole year. You can fly here inexpensively: air tickets to from Moscow and St. Petersburg usually cost about 8-12 thousand rubles. The cheapest flights from Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Adler and Krasnoyarsk to Tbilisi cost around 15-22 thousand.

    Israel

Israel is another country where you can fly without a visa and very cheaply, and many people use it with pleasure! Tickets cost from 11,000 rubles, tours - from 55 thousand.

    India

To travel to India, an electronic visa is issued: it is easy to obtain, but it costs $100. But Goa is one of the most inexpensive destinations for relaxing by the sea. Tours cost from 50 thousand, last-minute ones are cheaper. Tickets to Delhi cost from 20 thousand.

    Kenya

If you want to go to real black Africa, go to Kenya or Tanzania! Alas, these countries are not included in the list of visa-free for Russians, and tickets are not cheap - from 32,000 rubles. But everything is relative. It is difficult to get visas for almost all other African countries, and flights there are even more expensive. Traveling to Kenya and Tanzania is easier: visas are issued according to a simplified system, there are more flights, and security is higher.

    Cyprus

Another popular holiday destination. An electronic visa is easily done online, the prices at the resorts are European, but not prohibitively high. Tickets to Larnaca cost from 6,000 rubles, to Paphos - from 15,000 rubles. You can buy a tour to Cyprus from 50 thousand rubles.

    Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt

Russians can fly to Morocco and Tunisia without a visa; in Egypt, a visa is issued upon arrival. Rest in all countries is inexpensive. Tickets from Moscow to Morocco cost from 10-15 thousand, to Egypt and Tunisia - the same amount.

    Photo © Marc Veraart / flickr.com.

    UAE

Inexpensive tickets to Dubai are also not uncommon, and for flights from many Russian cities. Fly to the UAE from Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Krasnodar, Kazan can be from 15 thousand rubles, during big sales - even cheaper. Tickets cost from 50 thousand.

    Turkey

Where can you go inexpensively and without a visa, if not to Turkey? It is these two criteria that have made the country so popular for Russians: visa-free entry and cheap vacation. You can fly to Istanbul for 8000 rubles, to Antalya - for 10 thousand. Tours are very cheap: even 20 thousand rubles is not the limit, there are vouchers for 15 and even 10 thousand for two. Rest "all inclusive" costs from 35 thousand rubles.

    Philippines

A flight to the Philippines cannot be called inexpensive - tickets usually cost from 35-40 thousand rubles. However, sometimes you can fly cheaper to this visa-free country for Russians - sometimes there are tickets for 27-30 thousand.

    Montenegro

Tickets to Tivat can be found from 10 thousand rubles, to Podgorica - from 13 thousand. Tickets cost from 40 thousand.

    South America and the Caribbean

An unfortunate paradox and injustice - the list of visa-free countries for Russians includes almost all states South America and Caribbean but flying there is very expensive. Saved only by large sales (for example, Allitalia) or erroneous tariffs. Usually tickets to Latin American countries cost from 40-50 thousand rubles.

    South Korea

One of the few developed countries from the list of visa-free for Russians. This is worth using! The cheapest way to fly to Seoul is from Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - tickets for direct S7 flights can cost as little as 14,000 rubles. Air tickets from Moscow and St. Petersburg cost from 30 thousand rubles.

We have considered all the countries where Russians in 2019 can travel without a visa and at the same time inexpensively. All other countries either require pre-arranged visas (through the consulate and visa centers) or are not destinations where you can fly cheaply.

Ecology of life: In any incomprehensible situation, go to the sea. And to make it easier to decide, we chose countries where there is a minimum of fuss with documents, and a maximum of sea and sun. We change the rustle of papers for the rustle of the surf at the best rate!

9 the best places for beach holiday with the motto "took - and flew away"

Turkey

In one trip to Turkey, you can visit Europe and Asia, swim in the four seas, find yourself in the Land of Beautiful Horses, find a real treasure in the oriental bazaar and lose the sense of time and space on the travertine terraces of Pamukkale.

There are more than enough amazing beaches in Turkey: meet the top seven according to the version local resident or make your own top. Gentle waves and golden sands are accompanied by bright summer entertainment. Just do not forget that the sea in the north warms up later, so Black Sea coast Turkey is more often visited by connoisseurs of ancient ruins, rather than beaches. The Sea of Marmara is more conducive to an active (or vice versa - as you like it!) Beach holiday, but the water before the beginning of June is still too invigorating. The universally recognized "sun bath" of Turkey is, of course, the beaches mediterranean sea on South. Here, the infrastructure of eternal summer is thought out to the smallest detail, and everyone will find a place to their liking - someone in a sun lounger, someone on the crest of a wave. The coast of the Aegean Sea is ideal for beginner divers, rafting on mountain rivers awaits extreme people, and romantics can take a trip on a yacht, which at night can turn into a foamy party right on the deck. But there are also water parks that easily blur the line between children and adults! Emotion splash champions include Dedeman in Bodrum, Aqua Fantasy in Izmir and Water Planet in Alanya. And when you get tired of unbridled fun, welcome to the hammam - for peace and renewal.

And what about the visa? To the people of Russia Turkish Republic hospitable: you can rest in the country without a visa and fees for up to 60 days, and to stay for another 3 months, it is enough to pay 149 Turkish liras.

South Korea

Still want to relax "not like everyone else"? Then head for South Korea, framed on three sides by the beaches of the Yellow, Japan and East China Seas.

Seoul residents love to sunbathe on east coast country, especially since a beach holiday here is so easy to combine with health care and cultural experiences. The city of Sokcho, for example, is famous for the Cheoksan hot spring spa resort, Seoraksan Mountain Nature Park, and the 8th-century three-story Hyangseongsaji Pagoda and Buddhist monastery Sinhyns of the 18th century. People go to another popular South Korean resort - to Gangneung - not only for a golden tan, but also to admire the bizarre Muryn Gorge and Guryong Waterfall, which seems to have descended from a classic Chinese miniature.

The peak of solar activity in South Korea observed on the tangerine island of Jeju and on the “cow island” of Udo, 3.5 km to the east (Koreans see on the map a cow lying down to rest, hence the name). All conceivable beach activities are included, but the crowds of tourists are right there. If this is a big minus for you, take a look at white sand beaches Yellow Sea in the southwest of the country. The official tourist website of the country (in Russian) will help you navigate the main resorts of South Korea.

And what about the visa? You can enjoy a beach holiday in South Korea for at least 60 days in a row - and no visa is needed! But what you need is a valid passport and ease of climbing.

Maldives

What unites Anastasia Volochkova, David Beckham, divers and newlyweds? Of course, love for Maldives. Anomalous activity discovered at this year-round resort: life-changing!

The Maldives is equally great to explore undersea world scuba diving and admire the shades of the sky with an exotic cocktail. Here, to this day, you can find a secluded beach and corners of untouched nature, despite the abundance of chic hotels, romantic villas, pretentious restaurants and spas. In fact, there are so many hotels on the islands that some did not even have enough space on the shore.

The beaches of North Male Atoll are closest to the airport. Ari Atoll is famous for its calm sea, convenient access to coral reefs and proximity to marine reserves. 130 km south of Male, on the white sands and in the clear waters of Miimu Atoll, giant sea turtles are registered, and on the most southern islands Maldives - Addu Atoll - you can get a certificate of crossing the equator in between.

And what about the visa? The gates of paradise open easily: a free visa to the Maldives for 30 days is issued to Russians right at the airport in Male.

Cyprus

It is impossible / doubly pleasant to lie by the pool, knowing that two steps away - ruins with a thousand-year history (underline as necessary). Aphrodite herself must have endowed this island with the ability to fall in love with herself.

Reversing the saying, we can say about Cyprus: how many people, so many beaches. For example, Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa was created for youth parties and resort acquaintances, and on the beach of Fig Tree Bay in the same Ayia Napa, it is ideal to relax with children. The quiet picturesque village of Protaras is also famous for its wonderful conditions for family vacation, and there is also an elite Sunrise with luxury hotels and Connos Bay, which will appeal to lovers of secluded relaxation. Do not forget about the obligatory point of the program - reset a couple of years by swimming in the bay of Aphrodite between Limassol and Paphos. By the way, they say that lovers who swim together around the rocks of the goddess of love will never part.

If you manage to tear yourself away from the sun lounger, it's worth tickling your nerves on the uncompromising rides of Water World or diving to the sunken ship. And it is best to wash down impressions with royal commandaria wine!

And what about the visa? It takes only one day to obtain a Single Entry Pro-Visa for Cyprus. With it, you can sunbathe under the hot Cypriot sun for up to 90 consecutive days. If you are going to enter Cyprus several times within six months, it is also easy to apply for a multiple-entry visa at the consulate.

Montenegro

On the coast of Montenegro, in addition to being warm from June to October, clean sea, offers medieval fortresses, Venetian palaces, Christian monasteries and Turkish aqueducts. Near the town of Herceg Novi, in the resort of Igalo, you can pamper yourself with spa treatments with therapeutic mud. At least a couple of days should be devoted to the continental part of Montenegro: breathe in the aromas of a pine forest in a stunning national park Durmitor with crystal lakes and the gorge of the Tara River or get to Skadar Lake, along the banks of which ancient fortresses and monasteries are scattered.

Diving, rafting, trekking - whatever attracts you to summer holidays, Montenegrin resorts of the Bay of Kotor and the Adriatic are at your service. Choose a beach to your liking - and go ahead, relax alone with nature!

And what about the visa? If you are traveling to Montenegro for less than a month, you will not need a visa.

Abkhazia

Down with language barriers! You can safely travel to hospitable and in every sense warm Abkhazia with children without knowledge of foreign languages and even without a passport. The only but: make sure that you do not inadvertently end up on the territory of Georgia.

However, you are unlikely to want to leave Abkhazia at all: the pebble beaches of Gagra, Pitsunda and Gudauta are clean, serene and sparsely populated, time has no power over the beauties of Lake Ritsa, the number of balneological boarding houses is only growing, and salmon with trout and horse mackerel with sturgeon in the local rivers and the Black the sea is not translated.

Photo: Dmitry Kirilin, CC BY-NC-ND 2.0

The thirst of hunters for cultural impressions will be quenched New Athos with the famous monastery and Sukhumi with the Bagrat castle, the Kelasur wall and the ancient botanical garden. And with quenching your appetite in the regions where they invented hominy, mint cheese ashvchapan and adjika, there will definitely be no problems. And you know what, it’s still worth learning one word in the Abkhazian language: tell the locals “itabup” - “thank you” - they will be pleased!

And what about the visa? To enter Abkhazia, Russians do not need a visa or a passport (an ordinary one is enough). Fly to Adler, from where it is only 10 km along the Psou River to the Abkhazian border. At the border control, you will need to take out compulsory accident insurance in the amount of 30,000 rubles. The insurance premium upon entry for 1 day is 15 rubles, and if you stay longer, 10 rubles for each day of your stay in Abkhazia. Read more about the beauties and beaches on the official tourism website of Abkhazia.

Israel

Do you feel that both the soul and the body need healing? Then Israel is just what the doctor ordered. Maybe local attractions and placebos, but they still work!

Sea adventures in Israel can be started already in the reckless and party Tel Aviv. On the local Mediterranean coast, all conditions for sports recreation are created: on Gordon Beach opposite Sheraton Hotel you can play tennis and volleyball, and Hilton Beach is popular with surfers. Life is in full swing on the portside beach of Hof a-Metzitzim, about which even a movie was made: here you will find a colorful market, trendy bars, and designer boutiques - and everything is within walking distance from the beach umbrella. And the most calm beaches Tel Aviv is considered to be Alma in the south, next to ancient Jaffa, and Banana Beach, where locals like to relax with the whole family, but it is never crowded.

The Red Sea is warmer than the Mediterranean, so the real resort splendor of Israel is revealed in Eilat. The local pearl is the coral beach Hof Almog. In its southern part, closer to the Egyptian Taba, kitesurfers catch the winds, and the north of the beach is created for diving, which you will tell your grandchildren about.

If you want to forget about problems and feel complete peace, go to the Dead Sea. You can hardly learn to walk on water, but you can try yourself in the role of Benjamin Button: rejuvenation at local salt and mud resorts is guaranteed. On the road - a few more ideas with which to combine a beach holiday in Israel.

And what about the visa? Residents of Russia can enter Israel without a visa as much as they want, the main thing is to spend no more than 90 days in the country in total for six months. Just make sure that your passport is valid for 6 months from the date of arrival, and prepare documents that may be useful at the border.

Morocco

So far, the Russians have tasted only two Moroccan resorts - Agadir and Essaouira, both on the shores of the Atlantic. If you are not too lazy to drive 160 km to the south, take such a selfie against the backdrop of the red rocks of Legzira that you have never had so many “likes”. And if you're up for more for a rare experience, head to Dakhla. Ocean water is here all year round+25 °С, and instead of crowds of tourists - rare monk seals and a flock of surfers who compare Phum Labuir beach with Hawaii. Here you can go fishing or rent an SUV and go deep into Western Sahara to master the life of real nomads - such a vacation will not be forgotten! And to save on vacation, take a look at recently open resorts north of Agadir - Taghazout, Mazagan and Lixus.

There are also secluded beaches on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco. Take a closer look at the picturesque carved strip between Tangier and El Hoceima: the sea is gentle here, and many beaches, along with quiet fishing villages, are buried in paradise greenery. If you prefer an all-inclusive holiday, you will love new resort Tamuda Bay in the vicinity of Tetouan and Saidia in Berkan near the border with Algeria. Opposite Spanish Andalusia, by the way, there is a huge tourist complex of Mediterrania-Saidia with a yacht club and a golf course.

Photo: Michel G., CC BY-NC 2.0

In addition to a beach holiday, it is worth visiting the capital of Morocco, Rabat (the minimum program is the Royal Palace and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V), Marrakech (which will win you over - Old city"medina" or new district Ville Nouvelle?), Casablanca (maybe you will hear echoes of cinematic passions) and Fez (especially good for leisurely strolls through the gardens and a cup of mint tea in a cute cafe). We also advise you to wander through the blue labyrinths of the mountainous Chefchaouen, which was included in the top of the brightest cities in the world according to Skyscanner. A bonus for fans of Game of Thrones and other movie epic masterpieces: some scenes with the Mother of Dragons were filmed in the medieval ksar of Ait Ben Haddu.

And what about the visa? Citizens of Russia can rest in Morocco for up to 90 consecutive days without a visa, but the passport must be valid until the end of the trip. On the plane, you will need to fill out a migration card.

Madagascar

“Well, I asked, don’t bother me when I dream. If I'm all in the astral plane, don't get involved!" - striped Marty said to his friend Alex the lion. Make sure that the cartoon island of Madagascar really exists, and no one will forbid you to fulfill your dreams here.

The company on vacation on the fourth largest island in the world will be made up of motley lemurs, colorful geckos, beak-chested turtles, panther chameleons, pharaoh mice and - now attention! - hands ah-ah. If you think that these are all the surprises of nature that await you in Madagascar, it was not there. Landscapes on the island-reserve succeed each other, as in a kaleidoscope: just now you were walking among the baobabs, when you suddenly found yourself near a rice field or a dormant volcano. To one side is a sun-dried valley, turn your head, and you have evergreen mangroves in front of you. Here stone forest Tsingy de Bemaraha, here are the graceful orchids of the Montagne d'Ambre park, and here is the fabulous azure coast with white sand.

Photo: IamNotUnique, CC BY-NC-SA 2.0

The west and north of Madagascar are perfect for a beach holiday in summer: rainfall is rare here, the water off the coast of Morondava is never cooler than +25 ºС, and on the island of Nosy Be there is always saturated humid air, warmed up to comfortable + 26-28 ºС. If you can’t stand the humidity, head to the resorts of the Anakao Peninsula in the southwest: here the climate is semi-desert with a fresh breeze. On the famous island of St. Mary (Nosy Buraha, aka Ile Sainte Marie), sunny weather most often lasts from late August to December (in July-September, you can also watch whales). If you are driving south east coast, to the coral beach of Fulpoint (Mahavelona), keep in mind that it is safe to swim only in the hotel area: real sharks are in charge of the reefs. Prices, it should be noted, also bite, especially in the south of the city - do not hesitate to bargain.

And what about the visa? Visa for 30 days is issued upon arrival and does not cost a penny. If you want to spend up to 90 days on the island, a single or multiple entry visa will be issued to you at the Embassy of Madagascar in Moscow for 77 €. published

When a travel agency employee came to our office and offered to spend the weekend in Seoul, I immediately agreed. My friend Valya and I were just discussing the issue, where to go for the weekend. We were not supposed to have a real vacation in the summer, but it was just the way to spend an interesting weekend. About Seoul, I heard a lot of rave reviews from my colleagues who have already visited South Korea. I especially wanted to see the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, which is considered the longest in the world.

Where to fly for the weekend

Fly for the weekend and you can have a great time in Egypt or Turkey, but these countries are already familiar. There are many interesting places in Russia too. are waiting for tourists at any time of the year. Whoever goes there for the first time will be very interested, but my friend and I wanted to go to Korea.

Let me tell you that we have never regretted our decision fly to the weekend. I'll just tell you what I liked the most. This modern city with majestic skyscrapers, green parks and beautiful embankments. It is very interesting to plunge into the atmosphere of an Asian city, to see Korean girls, boys and older people. All of them are well dressed, polite and treat tourists well.

There is everything that can attract tourists:

  1. Sea and beaches.
  2. The mountains.
  3. ancient palaces.
  4. Amusement parks with modern attractions.
  5. Shops, cafes and restaurants.

In many places there are bike stands that you can rent.

Bridge Fountain "Moon Rainbow" my very vivid impression in Seoul. The Banpo Bridge across the Hanshui River has 2 tiers. Cars and pedestrians move along it from above, and a jet fountain is arranged below. When we were on observation deck fountain, it seemed to me that I was inside a waterfall, it is very beautiful. At night, the fountain is illuminated, the jets are painted in all the colors of the rainbow.

I remember and Cheonggyecheon riverfront. This river was previously concreted, a highway passed in its place. Now it has been revived, and the gas-polluted area of Seoul has turned into a wonderful comfortable zone for living and recreation. On a hot day, we were able to sit on its steps and cool our feet in the river water.

In Seoul, we admired the old pagoda-style palaces. When you look at these majestic buildings and sentries in bright Korean costumes, it seems that time has turned back.

Amusement park - the most fun page of our weekend

Why you should fly to Seoul for the weekend

In Seoul we looked interesting places, swam in the sea, bought good jeans for themselves, and toys for children. Korean products are of high quality, they are much better than Chinese ones. We also liked Korean cuisine, especially seafood, but it is very spicy. People are polite, but you should not wear too open dresses, here it is considered indecent. This city is original and modern at the same time. Everything here is done for the convenience of residents and tourists.

Where can I travel with an e-Visa?

There are two types of e-visas:

  1. actually electronic, that is, you issue it via the Internet and you are allowed into the country without pasting a paper visa into your passport (for example, in Cyprus);
  2. electronic permission to obtain a visa upon arrival, when you only receive a visa permission via the Internet, and at the airport you are pasted a visa into your passport (for example, in Vietnam, if your stay exceeds 15 days).

Both visas are convenient and save a lot of time and nerves. Usually, in order to obtain a visa permit, you need to pay a fee and send scanned copies of the necessary documents.

If you are flying on a connecting flight or from another country, you need to apply for a regular visa.):
  • Ivory Coast (3 months)
  • (30 days, extension is possible. You can stay in the country up to 180 days within one trip. Free registration.): tickets →
  • Montserrat (1 year, multiple entries)
  • Myanmar (28 days in the country with a visa validity of 90 days)
  • Sao Tome and Principe (30 days)
  • (35 days from visa issue date): Skyscanner - smart search will help you find cheap tickets.

    Abkhazia

To get to Abkhazia, you need to fly to Sochi airport (Adler). Then by land transport we get to the Abkhazian resorts.

    UAE

Inexpensive tickets to Dubai are also not uncommon, and for flights from many Russian cities. You can fly to the UAE from Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Krasnodar, Kazan from 15 thousand rubles, during big sales - even cheaper. Tickets cost from 50 thousand.

    Turkey

Where can you go inexpensively and without a visa, if not to Turkey? It is these two criteria that have made the country so popular for Russians: visa-free entry and cheap holidays.

An unfortunate paradox and injustice - the list of visa-free countries for Russians includes almost all the states of South America and the Caribbean, but it is very expensive to fly there.

Significant for many countries is the moment of adoption of the Agreement on visa-free regime. A visa-free regime implies obtaining a visa at the border or at ground checkpoints (checkpoints, airports, and others). The visa-free regime allows you to freely visit many countries.

There is automatically no need to contact the embassy, provide a lot of documents and wait for a long-awaited exit permit. .

As you know, to visit a country that is located in Europe, you must first. This applies to everyone. But in Europe there are a number of republics that are not part of the European Union. Many of them have a visa-free regime with the Russian Federation. In these countries, Russians in 2019 will not need to pre-issue an entry permit.

List of visa-free entry countries in Europe:

  • Kyrgyzstan;
  • Macedonia;
  • Serbia;

Table: permitted period of stay of Russians in visa-free countries in Europe

All these countries are not part of the European Union. Although Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Macedonia and Serbia are considered potential candidates for membership. Today, active negotiations are underway regarding their accession to the EU. But as long as these countries have not become members of the European Union, Russians can freely enter these republics.

Permission to enter the territory of Ukraine

For other foreign citizens, the permitted period of stay on the territory of Ukraine is only one month. They receive a visa upon arrival at international airports, which are located in only two cities of Ukraine: Odessa and Kyiv.

The rules for crossing the border have been simplified for Russians. They are stamped with a crossing stamp in their foreign passport at customs checkpoints. A prerequisite for crossing the border is filling out a migration card.

Previously, Russians had the right to enter Ukraine only with internal passports. But since 2015, the situation has changed due to military operations on the territory of Ukraine. Since 2015, Russians can only cross the Ukrainian border if they have a foreign passport.

The conditions for entry into Ukraine for Russians in 2014 became tougher against the backdrop of the armed conflict in Donbas and the annexation of Crimea. Now entry is not possible from the Crimea, as well as the Luhansk and Donetsk Republics. Those Russians who violate this rule are subsequently not allowed to enter Ukraine.

Entry to Moldova

At Russian Federation an agreement on a visa-free regime was signed with Moldova. Therefore, citizens of the Russian Federation in 2019 do not need to issue a preliminary entry permit. Crossing the border is carried out only with a foreign passport. The permitted period of stay on the territory of Moldova without permission for Russians is 3 months.

If the border crossing is carried out with a minor child, then the parents must, without fail, provide the border services not only with the child's foreign passport, but also with the original of his birth certificate.

Entry to the Republic of Belarus

As you know, Belarus and Russia are members of the Customs Union, therefore, a simplified regime for crossing the border of Belarus has been concluded between these two countries. It is characterized by the fact that Russians in 2019 can enter the territory of Belarus not only with a foreign passport, but also with an internal one, that is, a Russian passport.

When crossing the border by land, namely by car, the owner of the car must provide the customs officers with a driver's license, registration certificate, personal documents and mandatory car insurance.

According to the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, citizens of the Russian Federation can stay in the country without a visa for no more than 90 days. But if a citizen of the Russian Federation intends to stay in Belarus for more than one month, he is obliged to register at the place of residence. Otherwise, when leaving the country, a fine will be imposed on the Russian.

Entry to Kyrgyzstan

Russia also signed an agreement with Kyrgyzstan on a simplified border crossing regime. According to the rules of the regime, .

When crossing the border at the customs control points, an arrival stamp is affixed to the foreign passport. If a Russian travels on an internal passport, then this stamp is placed on the migration card. It will be extremely difficult to leave the country without this stamp.

If a Russian intends to stay on the territory of Kyrgyzstan for less than 3 months, then he does not need to register.

But if the estimated period of stay is more than this period, then registration is required.

On the territory of Kyrgyzstan, you need to contact the passport and visa department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and become migration registered. Registration indicates an extension of the period of stay. But it is worth recalling that in order to extend the period of stay, you can become migration registered no later than the fifth day after arriving in the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

Entry to Kazakhstan

Rumors have long been circulating that Kazakhstan and Russia intend to break the agreement on a visa-free regime. But these rumors are not supported by documentary data. Therefore, in 2019, Russians, as before, can freely enter the territory of this country without first obtaining an entry permit.

But when traveling to Kazakhstan, you should pay attention to such aspects:

  1. When traveling, a Russian must have 2 passports with him: foreign and domestic.
  2. If a Russian turns 20 or 45 years old during the trip, then you should take care of reissuing the document in advance. The thing is that these documents will no longer be valid on the territory of Kazakhstan, so a person may have problems leaving the country. To resolve the situation, you will have to contact the Russian embassy.
  3. According to the laws, a citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to stay on the territory of Kazakhstan without a visa for only 3 months. If it is necessary to extend the period of stay, then you will need to issue a temporary residence permit.

Entry to Abkhazia

To travel to Abkhazia in 2019, Russians will need a foreign or Russian passport. A prerequisite for this is life insurance for a Russian in the amount of more than 30 thousand rubles. The insurance covers the accommodation of a tourist on the territory of Abkhazia at the rate of 1,000 rubles per day.

That is, the amount of insurance should be equal to the estimated period of stay in Abkhazia. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from insurance. Persons who work in the territory of Abkhazia for more than 6 months are also exempt from insurance.

It is important to note that persons who have visited Abkhazia cannot subsequently obtain a visa to travel to Georgia.
